Danese Tenzer M.Sc.P.T., H.B.Sc.

Danese Tenzer is the co-owner of Tenzer Primeau Health Group. She obtained an Honours degree in Biological Sciences. She subsequently graduated from the University of Toronto in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, and again in 2005 with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy. Danese has practiced primarily in out-patient orthopaedics, and has participated in numerous post- graduate continuing education courses including manual therapy, vestibular assessment and treatment, and sports injury management. She is certified to perform acupuncture with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada and is a certified pelvi-perineal therapist trained in pelvic floor rehabilitation and incontinence. Danese is also a member of the Ontario and Canadian Physiotherapy Associations.
Sarah Primeau, M.P. T., Doctor of Physical Therapy
Registered Physiotherapist
Sarah is the co-owner of Tenzer Primeau Health Group. She has earned both her Master’s and Doctorate Degrees in Physical Therapy, and is continually participing her skills and knowledge in the field of rehabilitation through continuing education courses. Sarah is trained in acupuncture, manual therapy and many other areas. She is a certified pelvi-perineal therapist trained in pelvic floor rehabilitation, incontinence and pain. Sarah is also a member of the Ontario and Canadian Physiotherapy Associations.
Carolyn Sivitter
Registered Physiotherapist
Carolyn Sivitter graduated with a Graduate Diploma in Physiotherapy from the Royal Orthopedic School of Physiotherapy in Birmingham, England in 1987. She lived and worked in England until 1997 when she moved to Windsor, Ontario. She worked in Wyandotte, Michigan for the first two years of her life in North America before joining the staff of Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital in 2000. She moved to join The Tecumseh Physiotherapy Clinic in 2003, initially as a physiotherapist before becoming a co-owner in 2006 until February 2017.
Carolyn has a wealth of experience in the treatment of orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, work injuries, vestibular assessments and motor vehicle accident rehabilitation.
She licensed to perform acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada in 2007. She certified to teach Nordic Pole Walking in 2013, an activity she is keen to promote more in the future in the growing town of Tecumseh.
Carolyn is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Physiotherapy Associations.
Debra Harshaw
Registered Physiotherapist
Manual & Manip Physiotherapist
Debra graduated from U of T in 1986 and has been an FCAMPT fellow for over 10 years. In that capacity, Debra has mentored a number of physiotherapists as they prepared for their advanced exams. She treats primarily orthopaedics clients including post operative, discogenic, TMJ and chronic pain. Deb is also qualified to treat patients with both Traditional Chinese Acupuncture as well as IMS/dry needling
Debra is a member of the Ontario, and Canadian physiotherapy associations, as well as a member of CAMPT.
Gabrielle Pickens
Physiotherapy Resident
Gabrielle is a bilingual graduate from the University of Ottawa with a Master of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy in 2022 after completing an Honours degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor in 2018. Since graduation, she has pursued various academic post-graduating education including the McKenzie Part A: Lumbar Spine, Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy and has completed the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) level 1. She is also a member of the Ontario and Canadian Physiotherapy Associations. Her passion and pursuit of lifelong learning in orthopedic injuries and manual therapy are the reasons why she intends to further her professional development. Gabrielle believes in education, manual therapy, individualized exercises and treatment programs that focus on optimizing movement and improving function to help clients achieve their goals. Outside of work, Gabrielle enjoys a very active lifestyle and enjoys hobbies such as spending time with friends & family, travelling, playing numerous sports, swimming and strength training.
Carrie St. Pierre
Office Manager
Carrie graduated from the Medical Office Administration program at St.Clair College in 2010. She began working at the Tilbury site in June of 2010. Carrie moved to the new Essex site in November of 2012 because she was raised in Essex and was eager to work with the people in her community. Carrie has personal experience with WSIB which has provided her with valuable insight into how the WSIB system works.
Paige Phillips
Office Administrator
Paige graduated from St.Clair College in the summer of 2021 from the Office Administration-Health Services program. She joined the Tenzer Primeau team in the fall of 2021 working as a part time office administrator. Paige enjoys being a friendly face at any one of our 3 clinic locations.
Melissa Darlington
Physiotherapist Assistant
Melissa has worked at Tenzer Primeau Health Group since 2010 following her graduation from the Physiotherapy Assistant course at Trios College in Windsor. She enjoys working with people of all ages and finds it very rewarding helping people regain function and mobility.
Amber Chettleburgh
Physiotherapist Assistant
Amber graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics in 2019. She then graduated from the OTA/PTA program at St. Clair College in 2022. Amber started at the Tilbury clinic in September of 2022. After volunteering with the varsity women’s hockey team during her time at Guelph and now participating in CrossFit classes during her spare time, she has developed a strong interest in sports related injuries and recovery.
Kennedy Dales

Kennedy graduated from the University of Windsor with a degree in Human Kinetics in June of 2022. She is currently applying for graduate programs with a September 2023 start date.
Rosa Hinojosa

Hi my name is Rosayli Hinojosa but everyone calls me Rosa. I am originally from Cuba.I have been working as a physiotherapist assistant for the past 14 years. I graduated from CDI college in Toronto in 2008 with an OTA/PTA Diploma. I moved to Toronto in 2001 and after 20 happy years my family and I took a big leap and moved to Tecumseh on September 1, 2021. I am really proud to call this new Town my home. I have joined Tenzer Primeau Health Group since October of 2021. Everyday I try my very best to apply my years of healthcare experience in working with you to help you achieve your personal goals of health and wellness “Whether you’re troubled with a traumatic injury or a chronic condition, working together we can help”. In my spare time I enjoy having quality time with my family.
Mackenzie Tiffin
Physiotherapist Assistant
Mackenzie received a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor in 2016 followed by a graduate certificate in Exercise Science from Niagara College in 2017. Since graduation she became a Registered Kinesiologist and is also a Certified Exercise Physiologist through CSEP. Mackenzie joined Tenzer Primeau Health Group in March of 2021 where she has been able to gain even more knowledge and practical experience regarding a variety of different injuries and conditions. Mackenzie has always had a passion for health and wellness and knew from a young age that she wanted to pursue a career in this field. She finds great reward in encouraging patients along their journey to recovery as well as helping them to reach their goals of regaining function and increasing quality of life.
Cassandra Price
Registered Massage Therapist
Cassie graduated in June, 2008 from the massage therapy program at D’Arcy Lane Institute in London, Ontario. Upon successful completion of her board exams and registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, she joined the team at Tilbury Physical Therapy in September, 2008. Cassie is also a member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario. Cassie has taken courses in hot stone massage and myofascial cupping, and has experience with pregnancy and infant massage. She loves her career choice and enjoys working with people of all ages and from different walks of life.

Registered Massage Therapist Melissa Falls has been a licensed massage therapist since 2004, she has maintained active membership in the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since then. Melissa joined Tecumseh Physiotherapy in October of 2012, she specializes in treatment oriented, pregnancy massage, has taken courses in Kinesotaping, medicupping and microcurrent point simulation. Unchanged: Melissa Falls has been a licensed massage therapist since 2004, she has maintained active membership in the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since then. Upon successful completion of her board exams and registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, she began working in a multi-disciplinary clinic alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists and other massage therapists.
Over her career, Melissa has furthered her education with training in Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping, Myofascial Release, Pre/Postnatal Treatments, Sports Massage, Injury Rehab/Prevention as well as Relaxation Massage.
Since joining Essex Physical Therapy in 2022, her favourite part of her job is working with a team of healthcare professionals to provide the best course of treatment for her clients.
