Debra Harshaw
Debra graduated from U of T in 1986 and has been an FCAMPT fellow for over 10 years. In that capacity, Debra has mentored a number of physiotherapists as they prepared for their advanced exams. She treats primarily orthopaedics clients including post operative, discogenic, TMJ and chronic pain. Deb is also qualified to treat patients with both Traditional Chinese Acupuncture as well as IMS/dry needling
Debra is a member of the Ontario, and Canadian physiotherapy associations, as well as a member of CAMPT.

Carrie St. Pierre
Carrie graduated from the Medical Office Administration program at St.Clair College in 2010. She began working at the Tilbury site in June of 2010. Carrie moved to the new Essex site in November of 2012 because she was raised in Essex and was eager to work with the people in her community. Carrie has personal experience with WSIB which has provided her with valuable insight into how the WSIB system works.

Cassandra Price
Cassie graduated in June, 2008 from the massage therapy program at D’Arcy Lane Institute in London, Ontario. Upon successful completion of her board exams and registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, she joined the team at Tilbury Physical Therapy in September, 2008. Cassie is also a member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario. Cassie has taken courses in hot stone massage and myofascial cupping, and has experience with pregnancy and infant massage. She loves her career choice and enjoys working with people of all ages and from different walks of life.

Mackenzie Tiffin
Mackenzie received a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor in 2016 followed by a graduate certificate in Exercise Science from Niagara College in 2017. Since graduation she became a Registered Kinesiologist and is also a Certified Exercise Physiologist through CSEP. Mackenzie joined Tenzer Primeau Health Group in March of 2021 where she has been able to gain even more knowledge and practical experience regarding a variety of different injuries and conditions. Mackenzie has always had a passion for health and wellness and knew from a young age that she wanted to pursue a career in this field. She finds great reward in encouraging patients along their journey to recovery as well as helping them to reach their goals of regaining function and increasing quality of life.

Melissa Darlington
Melissa has worked at Tenzer Primeau Health Group since 2010 following her graduation from the Physiotherapy Assistant course at Trios College in Windsor. She enjoys working with people of all ages and finds it very rewarding helping people regain function and mobility.

Rosa Hinojosa
Hi my name is Rosayli Hinojosa but everyone calls me Rosa. I am originally from Cuba.I have been working as a physiotherapist assistant for the past 14 years. I graduated from CDI college in Toronto in 2008 with an OTA/PTA Diploma. I moved to Toronto in 2001 and after 20 happy years my family and I took a big leap and moved to Tecumseh on September 1, 2021. I am really proud to call this new Town my home. I have joined Tenzer Primeau Health Group since October of 2021. Everyday I try my very best to apply my years of healthcare experience in working with you to help you achieve your personal goals of health and wellness “Whether you’re troubled with a traumatic injury or a chronic condition, working together we can help”. In my spare time I enjoy having quality time with my family.

Melissa Hewitt
Melissa graduated in June, 2011 from the massage therapy program at Medix in London, Ontario. Upon successful completion of her board exams and registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, she began working in a multi-disciplinary clinic alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists and other massage therapists.
Over her career, Melissa has furthered her education with training in Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping, Myofascial Release, Pre/Postnatal Treatments, Sports Massage, Injury Rehab/Prevention as well as Relaxation Massage.
Since joining Essex Physical Therapy in 2022, her favourite part of her job is working with a team of healthcare professionals to provide the best course of treatment for her clients.

Gabrielle Pickens
Gabrielle is a bilingual graduate from the University of Ottawa with a Master of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy in 2022 after completing an Honours degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor in 2018. Since graduation, she has pursued various academic post-graduating education including the McKenzie Part A: Lumbar Spine, Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy and has completed the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) level 1. She is also a member of the Ontario and Canadian Physiotherapy Associations. Her passion and pursuit of lifelong learning in orthopedic injuries and manual therapy are the reasons why she intends to further her professional development. Gabrielle believes in education, manual therapy, individualized exercises and treatment programs that focus on optimizing movement and improving function to help clients achieve their goals. Outside of work, Gabrielle enjoys a very active lifestyle and enjoys hobbies such as spending time with friends & family, travelling, playing numerous sports, swimming and strength training.

Emma Howitt
Hi, my name is Emma! I have earned a Bachelor of Human Kinetics after graduating from the University of Windsor in 2023. After writing my registration exam a few months later, I became a Registered Kinesiologist as well. Since beginning my journey with Tenzer Primeau Health Group in December of 2023, I have trained in Myofascial Release and plan to continue to train and improve my skills. I am very passionate about rehab, whether it is to return to sport or to improve quality of life and am excited to help you reach your goals!

Harsharn Khehra

Disha Diyora
Disha is a Physical Therapy Assistant at Essex Physiotherapy Clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from SPB Physiotherapy College, India, in 2021. After completing a six-month internship, she worked for 18 months at Varni Physiotherapy and Fitness, Surat. In February 2023, she moved to Canada and joined Essex Physiotherapy Clinic in November 2023. Disha is passionate about helping clients regain mobility. Disha is currently working toward obtaining her physiotherapy license in Canada.

Rajee Mohan
Rajee graduated from the University College of Medical Education in India with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2003. She has 15 years of experience working with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions across India, the United Arab Emirates, and Canada. Her professional background includes roles in hospitals, outpatient orthopedic clinics, and community settings. She is certified in the Mulligan concept and has a particular interest in dry needling and acupuncture. She joined the Tenzer Primeau Group in September 2023 and is eager to continue participating in educational programs to enhance her knowledge and skills in this field. She is a strong advocate for goal-oriented treatment approaches that help individuals move better and feel their best.
