WHAT WE DO

Assistive Devices Program (ADP) Assessment Services

The Assistive Devices Program (ADP) assists individuals with long-term physical disabilities in covering the cost of customized equipment, such as wheelchairs. To qualify, you must be assessed by a medical professional such as a physiotherapist registered with the ADP. This assessment will confirm the need for a mobility aid and help determine the most suitable option for your needs. Please contact our Tilbury location to set up an appointment.

OUR PROCESS

HOW WE WORK

See how our process brings you relief in 3 easy steps!
01.

Expert ADP Assessment Services

Using detailed mobility evaluations, functional assessments, and expert recommendations, assessments are designed to match individuals with the appropriate assistive devices. Every evaluation ensures access to essential equipment that promotes independence, comfort, and long-term support.
